Have I mentioned my new cat is called Turtle? This one is a cutie, so glad you were able to make the rescue.

Your new kitty is adorable! Tart cherry juice is good for muscle soreness and recovery. But you need a week of it to get benefits. Next time you plan on a long hike or a river trip, it might be worth buying some concentrate (or capsules) and starting a regimen beforehand, during, and after. Creatine is for building muscle, I wouldn't worry about it unless you start crossfit or something!
